Who is Kenny?

I don't fit the conventional mold of a coach; and that is why my programs are unique.

My journey into coaching comes after over 20 years of serving on elite teams. As a former Navy SEAL, firefighter, and Division 1 athlete, I’ve operated in high-stress environments and worked with diverse groups of people.

What sets me apart is my deep compassion, empathy, and awareness, allowing me to meet individuals where they are—not where I am. This connection is crucial in coaching.

I bring real-world experience to the table, not just theory. While I’m well-versed in personal development, my background gives weight to my words. It’s not just talk. As the Latin phrase says: Facta non Verba—Deeds, not words.

Whether I am working with a young man, a C-suite executive, or a team; I have found that I am able to bring tools relevant to each person. Pathfinder Academy was created to bring these concepts to more people at an affordable price.
